previous experience with FIX replacement therapy<\/li>\n<li>Have participated in the HONEY-B (R000-HEMB-2187) study for at least 6 months, or are willing to participate in a lead-in period before the treatment\u00a0\n\u00a0<br><br>\n<b>NOTE:<\/b> The first 3 participants included in Part 1 of the study are not required to participate\u202fin the lead-in
